Incomplete Foil. An error, not a print run. Bulbapedia records the class under Neo Destiny as Missing Shining Errors: "A handful of Shinings have been found with large sections of missing holo. A Celebi was even found completely missing the shining holo." On an affected copy a section of the card face that should carry foil is bare, so it reads as flat card stock. How to tell: tilt the card under a light and compare the foil across the whole face — on the ordinary Shining print the holo runs continuously through the artwork window, while on this one a part of it is missing. PriceCharting files a row for this printing but carries no value for it, so this page shows — rather than a figure.
