Chasing Cards Guide is an independent educational resource about vintage Pokémon cards. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what control you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Analytics
This site uses two analytics services.
Cloudflare Web Analytics reports aggregate traffic — how many people visit, which pages are read, and roughly where in the world visitors are. It is cookie-free, builds no profile of you, follows you to no other sites, and collects no personal identifiers.
Google Analytics 4 reports how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how long people stay, and whether outbound and affiliate links get clicked. It is provided by Google and sets two first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_5Z0T77WD3B) that distinguish one browser from another so repeat visits can be counted. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's own privacy policy. This site does not use Google Analytics for advertising, does not enable Google Signals, and does not sell or share the resulting data with data brokers.

Images and third-party content
Card images are served from third-party card-image sources. Card names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Where this site links to external research or documentation, that content belongs to its authors and is linked rather than copied.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the two Google Analytics cookies described above (_ga and _ga_5Z0T77WD3B). They are first-party, are not used for advertising, and identify a browser rather than a person. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies at all.
You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site works fully without them. Many browsers and extensions can block analytics scripts outright, and Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on.
