Sealed in the same GB2 packet as Great Rocket's Mewtwo. Both cards came in every copy of the 2001 game, so a loose Lugia is nearly always a card whose Mewtwo has been separated from it. Holo, Basic Colorless, 100 HP, Aeroblast, illustrated by Ken Sugimori, marked not usable in official tournaments, carrying the GB symbol. It prints no collector number.
